Everyone is welcome to join in any or all of these informal taiko fitness training sessions, to train alongside David and to use this opportunity to improve strength, agility, aerobic capacity and stamina in preparation for playing miyake, a physically demanding form of taiko playing. Stonewave Taiko is offering miyake workshops in early July with Haruyoshi Tsumura from Japan. See the What’s On page for more info.
